FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Prompt Runner.

What does Prompt Runner automate for me?
Prompt Runner automatically sends your prepared prompts to Midjourney through Discord. You choose the number of generations and configure the workflow settings, while Prompt Runner handles the process.
How does Prompt Runner work?
Simply add your prompts to the provided text file, configure your settings, and start the workflow. Prompt Runner sends the prompts automatically and manages the generation process according to your selected settings.
What do I need to use Prompt Runner?
You need a Windows PC, an active Discord account, and access to Midjourney. You'll also need to prepare the prompts you want Prompt Runner to process.
What is Fatigue and how does it work?
Fatigue mimics human behavior during long work sessions, the gradual accumulation of fatigue increases the time between sending prompts.
What happens if an error is detected?
Error Protection (Beta) automatically pauses the workflow for 10 minutes when an error is detected. After 10 minutes, it checks again. If the error has cleared, prompt sending automatically resumes.
Is Prompt Runner responsible if my account gets flagged or banned?
No. Automating actions on Discord or Midjourney isn't something either platform officially endorses, and using any automation tool carries some inherent risk — including warnings, rate limits, or bans if it's pushed too hard. Prompt Runner is provided as a tool only; you're responsible for how you use it, including your timing settings and how many cycles you run in a given session. We recommend keeping the pace realistic rather than maxing out volume. Prompt Runner and its creator accept no liability for any action taken against your Discord or Midjourney account as a result of how the tool is used.
